I qualified as a General Practitioner in 2001. 

I am a 3/4-time GP partner in a thriving NHS GP practice in Wiltshire.

 

I keep up-to-date with relevant clinical, practice, and medico-legal matters.

​I comply with all appraisal, fitness to practice and revalidation requirements.

 

I produce professional, reliable court-compliant reports.

I understand and comply with the relevant Civil Procedure Rules, Practice Directions and Protocols.

I understand the importance of costs and budgeting.

 

I hold the Cardiff University Law School Civil Expert Witness Certificate, awarded in 2013.​

 

I am approved as an expert by AvMA (Action against Medical Accidents charity).

I am listed on the Expert Witness register, and listed as vetted on the UK Register of Expert Witnesses, and I am listed on the National Register of Accredited Medical Experts.
